The free LastPass plan includes simple features such as sharing, multi factor authentication, encrypted notes, form filling, and more. The LastPass free version can suffice if you only want a basic plan without all the extras. The changes do not affect the LastPass Enterprise offering, which was updated earlier this year with a new Groups feature.
